Who we are Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licences in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY". Well, what about the team? As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our North American regulatory filings and statutory financial statements. You will be responsible for supporting the production of timely and accurate financial reports, supporting statutory board needs and ensuring the integrity of our intercompany process. You will report directly to the Director of Statutory Reporting as part of a wider Finance team. So, what will you be doing? Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory reporting packages and board presentation material. Facilitate the audits of North American legal entities. Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits of the consolidated group. Collaborate with the Director of Regulatory Reporting and the Compliance team to ensure accurate and timely regulatory filings. Develop and maintain good routines for intercompany activities, including balance reconciliation and settlement. Operate in a rigorous internal controls environment and recommend opportunities for process improvements. Assist with internal audits. Participate in cross‑training and support ad‑hoc tasks, as required. And what are we looking for? Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possess a CPA designation or equivalent. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a publicly traded company. Show familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP, which is considered a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Exhibit proficiency in accounting software, such as Oracle, and Microsoft Excel. Display excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
