Senior Accountant

Job Description: Our client, a prominent construction company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
  • Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
  • years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
