We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of our insulated metal panels and related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate insulated metal panel solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell insulated metal panels and related products to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members, engineers, and other departments.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of insulated metal panels (IMPs) and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
