**Commercial Inside Sales Representative**

We’re offering an opportunity to join our growing team at The Treadmill Factory as a Commercial Inside Sales Representative.

This is a full-time, permanent position required immediately. This position will have a starting salary of

$45,000 and 5% bonus will be provided on the Gross Margin of your sales. Your compensation is payable every two weeks, less required deductions.

Monday to Friday, **IN OFFICE** HOURS 10 to 6, of those days, you at

505 Cochrane Drive in Markham.

An annual Christmas bonus based on performance.
- **What is required of you;**_

**Prospecting and database management**
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Coordinating a list of cold calls on behalf of our outside reps to execute customer’s information into SAP
- Sourcing net new business by initiating contact and calling idle customers currently in the database
- Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline and a pool of clientele.Processing inbound leads and answering the commercial main phone line
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales representative for further development
- Selling Preventative Maintenance packages to condominiums and corporate gyms.

**Support**
- Support outside sales reps by completing quotes and inventory lookups when requested
- Assisting commercial customers on the floor when an outside rep is not available
- Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day business activity.
- Creating Floor Plans 2D Floor Plans on software provided
- Stacking quotes, and sales brochures electronically for outside sales reps

**Marketing**
- Posting Social media pics on different platforms, i.e. Instagram/ Facebook, LinkedIn, to drive leads

.Creating mockup ads for e-blast and newsletters - **knowledge of Photoshop or similar software will be considered a strong asset.**

**A strong command of the English language is essential., both verbal and written.**

**Service**
- Track and review all open service calls in coordination with our service dept.
- Coordinate escalations with the Commercial Manager
