Description At Blaize India, you will be part of a collaborative HR team that upholds operational excellence and a strong employee-centric culture. The HR Executive will support key HR functions including On-boarding, Payroll and Benefits, Compliance, Off-boarding and other HR Operations. We are seeking a data-centric and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities and Expectations for This Role: Employee Life Cycle Management Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, ,and transfers. Maintain all required documentation, up-to-date and accurate employee records, both physical and digital. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure HR practices are compliant with statutory requirements and internal policies. Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and HR reports. Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Coordination Oversee leave and attendance management systems; ensure regular updates and accuracy. Prepare and reconcile monthly attendance and leave reports. Coordinate end-to-end payroll activities by collaborating with internal teams to compile inputs. Ensure complete validation and accuracy for timely payroll processing Administer employee benefits programs such as insurance, reimbursements, and other welfare schemes. Address employee queries related to benefits, ensuring timely resolution and communication. HR Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update HR databases and HRMS systems with high standards of data accuracy and documentation, ensuring proper controls, confidentiality, and compliance to mitigate risks and support audit readiness. Generate regular HR dashboards and reports for management, highlighting key metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.) Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with recruitment, learning & development, and other HR functions to ensure smooth employee experience. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and operational support. Performance & Deadlines Deliver accurate outputs within tight timelines, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail. Education and Experience MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources. 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Generalist roles. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven experience and strong understanding of HR operations and quality standards. Strong knowledge of regional & national statutory compliances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and workplace culture. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Reports, PPT). Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Blaize is an equal opportunity employer.
