ADP is hiring a Project Manager, Implementation . Overview As a Project Manager, Implementation , you will lead projects across our business units by combining analytical and management skills to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, determine interface requirements and business processes, and guide clients toward the best solution for their unique needs. Be prepared to work in a results-driven environment, adapt to change, and communicate clearly with clients both by phone and in writing. You will be evaluated on customer service performance and client satisfaction. What You will do Manage projects: Oversee delivery and execution of client implementations from initial project identification to hand-off to the Client Service Delivery team. Plan, manage, lead, and motivate a cross-functional implementation team to support ADP Sales. Act as Subject Matter Expert: Lead and manage comprehensive project plans, identify risks and issues, and manage resources using standard PM practices and methodologies. Partner internally: Communicate with project stakeholders including ADP leadership and client project teams; share PM knowledge with other Implementation team members. Build and maintain relationships: Maintain strong, healthy relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors; ensure delivery expectations are defined and met and strive for high customer satisfaction. Support PMO practices: Contribute to evolving PMO best practices and coach/mentor team members. Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation (project plan, issue/action logs, risk management, status reports, lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, etc.). TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Required Qualifications 5-8 years of demonstrated project management experience with knowledge of PM methodologies and tools. PMP certification is required. University graduate or equivalent work experience. Familiar with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong influencing, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proven leadership, decision making, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods. Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec-based roles; English is also required due to the global nature of the business and interactions with headquarters and international sites. BONUSE POINTS / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
