Chef(fe) de projet bilingue – Implémentation / Bilingual Project Manager, Implementation ADP recrute un(e) chef(fe) de projet, implantation. Soumettez votre candidature dès maintenant What You’ll Do Manage projects. Oversight of delivery and execution from initial identification to hand‑off to the Client Service Delivery team, planning, managing, leading, and motivating a cross‑functional implementation team. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert. Lead comprehensive project plans, identify risks and issues, and apply PMO standard best practices and methodologies. Partner internally. Communicate with project stakeholders including ADP leadership and client project teams, transferring PM knowledge to the Implementation team. Build and maintain relationships. Manage healthy relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors, ensuring clarity of expectations and satisfaction. Support continuous improvement. Assist in evolving PMO best practices and mentor Implementation team members. Maintain documentation. Develop and update all project documentation: plans, issue logs, risk registers, status reports, lessons learned, post‑implementation reviews, etc. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Bilingual French & English (required for Montreal). PMP certification required. 5‑8 years of proven project management experience with strong knowledge of methodologies and tools. University graduate or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong influencing, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Quebec candidates: French required; English required for global interaction. Preferred Qualifications Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
