Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement and lead HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, promoting a high-performance culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the consulting field, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Employee Development: Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression, including leadership development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Establish and refine performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement, providing regular feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards, while also promoting equity and inclusion.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, promoting organizational effectiveness and adaptability in a rapidly evolving consulting landscape.
  • Human Resources Development: Establish an effective HR resource structure, ensuring a cohesive team able to deliver professional, efficient, high-impact HR solutions.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, ensuring that all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities for growth.
  • HR Technology: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline processes and make informed decisions that enhance workforce planning and management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design and workforce planning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably within the consulting industry or similar professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling HR departments including structuring agile HR teams to effectively support business growth.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR strategies, processes and systems in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving business outcomes through effective HR Management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Innovative, adaptable and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
