The Vice-President of Human Resources, as a senior executive, will be responsible for leading and overseeing the functions of the Human Resource personnel across Canada and Latin America.

**Role and General Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and define the organizational structures, staffing plans and labor costs associated with on-going project and bids.
- Collaborate with project management to determine operational needs and allocate staff according to budgetary guidelines.
- Create and implement policies and guidelines that follow the principles of the Code of Ethics, Identity Pillars and the Leadership Framework of the company.
- Develop and implement company guidelines with respect to employment contracts, benefits (including remuneration), and training and development.
- Ensure all company policies comply with local, provincial and federal regulations of the countries under the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast future HR expenses based on the company wide forecast planning and organization growth.
- Present detailed reports to senior management with regards to financial forecasts, recruitment and project performance.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure they remain within the allocated budgets.
- Support the management team on matters relating to trade union relations, disciplinary proceedings and labor law disputes.
- Periodic participation in performance review meetings.
- Provide specialized support in the management of HR related issues when the need arises.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role, specifically in large-scale infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in law, Economics or Humanities.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in Italian and Spanish, are an asset
- Strong experience using Excel for data management and manipulation.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a high level of dependability.
- English, written and spoken

**Salary**:$320,000 - $360,000
