Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. You’ll craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and growth hacking. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of BookMyHelp and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development : Create and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with our business goals. Define clear objectives, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Brand Building : Develop and enhance our brand identity and voice. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Drive traffic and conversions through innovative campaigns.
  • Growth Hacking : Experiment with and implement new growth strategies. Use data-driven approaches to test, iterate, and scale marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation : Develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives.
  • Customer Acquisition : Design and execute strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers. Optimize the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
  • Team Building : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Measure and analyze marketing performance. Provide actionable insights and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
