You’ll craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and growth hacking. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of BookMyHelp and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with our business goals. Define clear objectives, KPIs, and milestones.Brand Building: Develop and enhance our brand identity and voice. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Drive traffic and conversions through innovative campaigns.Growth Hacking: Experiment with and implement new growth strategies. Use data-driven approaches to test, iterate, and scale marketing efforts.Content Creation: Develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives.Customer Acquisition: Design and execute strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers. Optimize the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture.Analytics & Reporting: Measure and analyze marketing performance.
