Provide guidance and supervision to Store Associates, ensure fair distribution of work and daily operational procedures are strictly executed. Assist department leaders to train staff, provide feedback on staff performance, and maintain daily operations as and when required. Manage product quality, food safety, freshness and ensure company policies are strictly practiced within the department. Handle customers’ complaints, deliver exceptional customer service and relate customer feedback to department leaders. Conduct quality and inventory control, responsible for equipment and tools maintenance, follow up and the cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety of the department. Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays. Have a good understanding of tools & equipment relevant to the job and know how to interpret labels of merchandises. Be prepared to stand for long periods and to handle seafood products (live & frozen) and lifting products of 40 pounds on a regular basis. Be prepared to work in low temperature (0‑4 ℃), freezing temperature (-18 ℃), and wet environment for long periods. Possess basic computer skills in MS Office. Not allergic in handling seafood products. Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin). Possess knowledge in workplace health & safety.
