Bilingual (English/French) Customer Support Representative | Richmond Hill, ON | Permanent, On-Site | Up to $50K + BenefitsOur client , a well-established and growing organization based in Richmond Hill, ON, is expanding its Customer Service team They’re seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working with technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Why You’ll Love This RoleCompetitive salary up to $50K , plus vacation time and comprehensive health & dental benefits Permanent, full-time position with long-term growth potential On-site in a modern Richmond Hill office with a supportive team environment What You’ll DoRespond to member inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in both French and English Process membership requests, updates, and cancellations accurately Manage and verify documentation to support rebate eligibility transfers Maintain and update member records in the CRM system , ensuring all information is current Handle deposit or cancellation disputes , escalating complex cases when appropriate Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups Generate reports and identify opportunities for process improvement Provide basic IT hardware and software support (training provided) to assist members effectively What You BringBilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory) 1–2 years of customer service experience , preferably in a technical, membership, or administrative environment Strong interest or experience in IT hardware and/or software support Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms (asset) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
