Bilingual (English/French) Customer Support Representative | Richmond Hill, ON | Permanent, On-Site | Up to $50K + BenefitsOur client, a well-established and growing organization based in Richmond Hill, ON, is expanding its Customer Service team They’re seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working with technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Why You’ll Love This RoleCompetitive salary up to $50K, plus vacation time and comprehensive health & dental benefitsPermanent, full-time position with long-term growth potentialOn-site in a modern Richmond Hill office with a supportive team environmentWhat You’ll DoRespond to member inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in both French and EnglishProcess membership requests, updates, and cancellations accuratelyManage and verify documentation to support rebate eligibility transfersMaintain and update member records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is currentHandle deposit or cancellation disputes, escalating complex cases when appropriateMonitor shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow-upsGenerate reports and identify opportunities for process improvementProvide basic IT hardware and software support (training provided) to assist members effectivelyWhat You BringBilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory)1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical, membership, or administrative environmentStrong interest or experience in IT hardware and/or software supportWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using CRM or ticketing platforms (asset)Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAt Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
