We’re looking for a Video Producer to support end-to-end production across branded content, commercial, and digital-first projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative-minded, and comfortable owning logistics while collaborating closely with directors, creatives, and clients. Responsibilities Production & Project Management Support planning and execution of video projects from pre-production through delivery Build and manage production schedules, call sheets, budgets, and production books Coordinate crew, talent, locations, and equipment Manage vendors, freelancers, and production logistics Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure projects stay on schedule Provide on-set production support and coordination Ensure shoots run smoothly and stay on schedule Liaise with editors and post-production teams Help manage feedback rounds, revisions, and final delivery Client & Internal Communication Communicate with internal teams and external partners to align on scope and expectations Support client-facing communication when needed Help ensure work meets creative, technical, and brand standards Who You Are Experience producing video content (agency, production company, or freelance) Experience with branded content, commercials, or digital-first campaigns Highly organized with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple moving parts Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments Passionate about storytelling and production Familiarity with budgeting tools, call sheet software, or production platforms Experience coordinating union and non-union crews Toronto-based with flexibility to be on set Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Scarlett Street Creative Agency by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
