**VP of Sales & Partnerships - VitaminLab** **About Us**: Founded in 2017, VitaminLab is an award-winning organization that has been recognized as a Top Growth Company in Canada. Our team is growing rapidly along with our brand and we are looking for health and growth-minded people to join us at our HQ in beautiful Victoria, BC as we expand across the globe. **About the Role**: At VitaminLab our mission is to become the most accessible personalized supplement solution in the practitioner space. As the VP of Sales & Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth across all sales channels. As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for executing our overall sales strategy including developing key partner accounts with testing companies, practitioner networks, EHR’s and independent practitioners. You will contribute in-depth sales management expertise and be responsible for strategically leading and closing all sales efforts. **Key Responsibilities**: - Identify new strategic partners and develop brand-building relationships in new and existing markets, while managing the existing portfolio of partnerships focusing on quality growth - Manage, develop, and grow a successful sales, onboarding and account management team for practitioners and partners - Prospect new business and identify competitive advantages for new market entry - Provide industry insight to drive innovation and leverage key business development initiatives - Meet and exceed sales revenue goals and profitability benchmarks - Confidently track sales to report on business trends and responsible for a quarterly and yearly sales plan - Analyze channel sales, review forecasting, and identify opportunities for growth **Qualifications**: - 5+ years experience in a relationship management or sales leadership role - 3+ years of experience selling enterprise or professional wellness products - Proven ability to understand emotional based selling and close accounts based on this type of selling - Proven track record in achieving sales targets, closing deals and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrate effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, planning, and decision-making skills - Strategic leader for opportunity maximization across all accounts - Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively, including strong negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills - Ability to communicate with honesty and empathy and create the space for others to do the same - Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships - You are highly organized and have strong computer skills (Some of the tools we use: Slack, Google Workspace, Basecamp, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Navigator etc) - Interest or experience in the natural health industry and/or integrated practitioner market is preferred **Our Amazing Perks & Employee Programs**: - Personal Fridays: Enjoy every other Friday off - Paid Vacation Time - 5 Paid Sick Days (if you need them, we have you covered) - Extended Health and Dental Benefits - Fitness and Wellness Account - Your Own Personalized Supplement Plan - Professional Development Allowance - Remote/Hybrid friendly with Kwench access to those living in Victoria, BC - Team Events and Socials - An opportunity to grow and make an impact on an amazing team **Please include a cover letter when applying, we'd love to hear about your interest in VitaminLab and, perhaps, nutrition/wellness and why you're excited about this role
