The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager is an integral member of Raffi’s team to lead the organization in digital excellence. The individual will be responsible for digital strategic planning, execution and overseeing Ecommerce operations. A strong knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce will ensure success in this role.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to engage audiences and generate leads.
- Complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of content information and meet brand requirements.
- Develop and execute creative ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to drive conversions and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
- Own ongoing analysis of digital media campaigns including reporting and pacing updates, SEO best practices and content optimizations, channel activity with analysis, developing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in the eCommerce arena by ensuring foundation content, SEO strategies, ratings & reviews and syndication are up-to-date and operational.
- Utilize data-driven target market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in eCommerce marketing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Create monthly marketing reports, provide analysis and recommendations to management.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Experience with Instagram shopping, Google shopping, and Pinterest shopping.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who is organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present.
- Strong business acumen with proficient understanding of metrics and reporting, with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree/diploma required, preferably in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Proven 5+ years work experience in digital marketing, web management, or related roles with a focus on digital experience optimization and eCommerce.
