Construction Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations across active construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow their career in construction project management. You'll work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and external partners to keep projects running smoothly, on schedule, and well-documented. What You'll Be Doing Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups Track project documentation (drawings, RFIs, change orders, permits, etc.) Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Help prepare progress reports and maintain project records Support site administration and ensure information flows smoothly between office and field Assist with health & safety documentation and compliance tracking What We're Looking For Experience in construction, trades, engineering, project coordination, or site administration Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel skills are an asset) Willingness to learn and grow within a construction environment Nice to Have Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field Experience working on construction sites or with subcontractors Familiarity with project management software Why Join Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role Hands-on exposure to construction projects Supportive team environment Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term career opportunity in a growing organization
