We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with design and construction expertise to lead a Halifax-based DCC team.** The Team Leader, Construction Services, ensures the quality-of-service delivery within the service line. The incumbent provides leadership in the management of architectural and engineering consultant contracts, ensuring compliance with service line policies, procedures, and manages contract-related risks. The incumbent leads a team of professionals, manages the human resources responsibilities for the team and fosters strong relationships with Client-Partners and consultants.
