The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow integration capabilities , strong API knowledge, and experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, and UKG using industry-standard integration patterns. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems including SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG, and third‑party applications. Build and consume RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and SAP APIs to enable secure and reliable data exchange. Utilize ServiceNow IntegrationHub , Hub & Spoke architecture , and custom APIs for scalable integration solutions. Ensure integrations meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to maintain system stability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (ServiceNow developers, architects, business analysts, and platform owners) to gather and refine integration requirements. Develop and maintain detailed integration documentation , technical specifications, and operational runbooks. Follow ServiceNow best practices and stay current with new integration features and platform enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience in system integration and API development , with strong focus on ServiceNow. Hands‑on experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG , or similar enterprise platforms. Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub , REST, SOAP, and event‑based integrations. Solid understanding of authentication and security protocols : OAuth 2.0, SAML, API keys, certificates. Experience with Hub & Spoke integration architecture and reusable integration components. Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills for complex integration issues. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an asset. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
