Position Name – ServiceNow Data Architect Type of hiring – Fulltime Location – Remote Canada Job Description: We are looking for a ServiceNow Data Architect with strong experience in ServiceNow, CMDB/CSDM, and ETL, available to start immediately. This role focuses on architecting, governing, and overseeing enterprise data models and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Define and own the ServiceNow data architecture, ensuring alignment with CMDB/CSDM standards and enterprise data strategy. Architect complex data ingestion and integration patterns using Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub ETL, MID Server, JDBC, and APIs. Design identity, reconciliation, coalescing, deduplication, and survivorship rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Lead data profiling of legacy sources (schema, relationships, volumes, lineage) and map entities to correct CI classes and relationships. Establish and govern data quality frameworks, KPIs, CMDB Health monitoring, and remediation workflows. Define data governance standards including naming conventions, taxonomy, RACI, data contracts, ACLs, and domain separation. Oversee validation, reconciliation, testing strategies, and stakeholder sign-offs for data migrations and integrations.
