ServiceNow Integration Consultant – API & BPM Expertise Role: Service Now SNOW (Service Now) Application Development & BPM Expertise. Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer with 6 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations across various enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in integrating systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG, using REST APIs, SAP APIs, and platforms like Hub & Spoke. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integrations between enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG, and other internal or third‑party platforms. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and SAP APIs for seamless data exchange between systems. Work with Hub and Spoke architecture for scalable and modular integration workflows. Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintain high performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure reliability and stability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including application developers, business analysts, and platform owners to understand integration requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, standards, and configurations. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in system integration and API development. Required Skills and Experience 6 to 8 years of experience in system integration and API development. Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and SAP APIs. Experience working with Hub and Spoke integration architecture. Solid understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth2.0, SAML, and API key‑based integrations. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
