Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, virtual machines (VMs), and servers. Address Layer 3 (L3) networking challenges and perform advanced system administration tasks. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Maintain high standards for network security and connectivity, ensuring the integrity of the network infrastructure. Configure, test, commission, and support IoT devices, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the network. Provide L3 support for managed network and IoT devices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Work closely with Solution Architects to develop and implement robust, scalable network solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all network changes, configurations, and updates to ensure comprehensive documentation. Ideal Candidate 3‑5 years of relevant experience in configuring and managing network infrastructure or related domain. Proficiency in networking protocols: IPSEC, HSRP, IGMP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS. Relevant enterprise certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, ECSE, etc., are highly desirable. Strong background in cloud deployment and architecture. Willingness to travel within Canada as required for network deployment, troubleshooting, and on‑site collaboration. Competence in setting up and configuring server hardware. Expertise in IoT, including: Architecture and system design. Security principles. Hardware and sensor technology. Building management systems and RTLS. Exceptional problem‑solving abilities.
