Working with one of the top insurance clients this role calls for a Guidewire Portal Developer. The best candidate is going to be someone Ace Certified in Digital Portals and can act as a Portals Lead. Anyone who is Digital Portal Certified means that they’ve accomplished some work with self-service portals. Ideally, the winning person will also have strong React experience and worked on portals as well as React Web Apps. Most of all, the right person will be ‘member centric’ thinking about what the end-user will be experiencing as he/she/they use the developed solutions. Candidate has to work 15 hours/ week onsite if they are in the following locations - Toronto, Ottawa, Kitchener, Vancouver, Calgary/Montreal/Moncton.
Desired Skill Set:
- 7+ years of experience working on enterprise-level Java Applications within an insurance environment
- 5+ years of experience with Guidewire / GOSU programming
- 5+ years of experience developing digital portals & associated technologies
- 5+ years of experience with ReactJS
- 2+ years of experience working on PolicyCenter
- Guidewire Digital Portal Certification
Nice To Have:
- Fullstack Programming experience with React/Java
