**Job Title: Millwright****Job Description**The Millwright is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, including conveyor systems, packaging machines, pumps, compressors, and other specialized machinery used in coffee manufacturing.**Responsibilities**Assemble and install new machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.Follow workplace safety standards and ensure machinery meets regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions and optimize machine performance.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems.Minimum 5 years'' experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with conveyor systems, packaging machines, pumps, and compressors.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing company.Skills in welding and installation.**Why Work Here?**We offer comprehensive health insurance coverage, including dental and vision plans, life insurance options, and employer contributions to retirement accounts.
