**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**We are URGENTLY recruiting for a full time Night Shift Technician.**

**JOB DUTIES**
- Service and perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on all production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical problems to provide quick resolution and mínimal downtime on equipment
- Assemble, rebuild, adjust production equipment
- Welding, machining and analytical problem solving
- Ensure safe and efficient working order of all equipment in the facility
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Certified Industrial Millwright or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery
- Must have an in depth understanding of mechanics, welding and electrical
- Extensive knowledge of electronics and PLC technologies and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and Lockout Procedures
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English
- Ability to manage time effectively with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Refrigeration Class “B” or Industrial Electrical license would be considered an asset
