The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the entry and management of various electrical projects for the BC Region. Responsibilities: Entering all orders. Tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met. Making required adjustments/changes to orders. Approving drawings. Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order. Vendor Relations. Customer information sharing. Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries. Customer clarification regarding order or progress. Education & Training: High School Diploma required. University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Experience: 1- 3 years related experience required.
