Role Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by

assisting with scheduling, documentation, communication, and tracking to ensure projects

are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal teams and

external stakeholders.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; identify and flag risks or

delays.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including raw material orders,

production orders, schedules, and material consumption reports.

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and site teams to align manufacturing,

deliveries, and installation schedules.

  • Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and progress reporting.

  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on

action items.

  • Manage and track inventory (raw materials and finished production).

  • Ensure all project information is accurate, up to date, and properly documented and

filed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related

field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role (construction or

manufacturing experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with project

management, ERP, or production tracking systems is an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Reporting To

  • Production Manager

What You'll Earn: This is a contract position offering a pay range of $28–$32 per hour. The

base rate may vary depending on relevant qualifications, skills, prior experience, and

internal equity.
