Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate  to join our small but dynamic team. This full-time role will be primarily office-based, with occasional travel to customer sites. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their success with our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to stores, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, balancing customer needs with company policies.
  • Collaborate on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits to address specific customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
  • Communicate regularly with both customers and internal teams, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Perform general office tasks to support the team’s daily operations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, support, or a related field.
  • Front-of-house experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong asset, offering deeper understanding of customer operational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with office software or the ability to master new tools quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure or in fast-paced situations.
  • Ability to diplomatically communicate with customers while maintaining company standards.
  • Strong team player who enjoys collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex interactions with tact and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work primarily from the office with occasional travel.
