**The Role**
The Customer Success Associate will collaborate closely with a team dedicated to providing technical support to both internal and external users of our software Tribe Home & Pendo Rental.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow departmental SLA's & best practices
- Onboarding building & user data into proprietary systems
- Increase internal engagement and usage of software products
- Updating of customer support documentation as needed
- Producing reports and exports of data as needed
- Occasional work hours may be assigned for afterhours emergencies and statutory holidays
- Working on ad hoc projects, as needed
**Qualifications**
- 3-year minimum experience in a customer service/support role
- Proficiency using software platforms & tools such as Office 365, Intercom, Asana, Zendesk, Jira, iOS apps and other tools as required
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and a desire to serve customers
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize time and tasks quickly and effectively
- Impeccable oral communication skills that demonstrate active listening and usage of open-ended questions
- Strong team player, self-starter, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment who can quickly adjust priorities
**Nice to haves**
- A previous role in residential/commercial construction
- Experience with deficiency walkthroughs in new buildings
- Software experience: Amplitude, Segment, Testflight
- Training experience via video
- Troubleshooting in software
