Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales at Resident Connect Inc on EQUITY BASIS. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, managing key accounts, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role involves both office-based work in Winnipeg, MB, and the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to enjoy a good work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Account Management, and Sales skills
  • Proven experience in team management and sales management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the property management industry is a plus

Compensation

  • Equity ( Position is pure equity basis at 2M valuation cap)
  • Salary after company start making Revenue and will decide afterwards
  • Commission on Sales Done from 10% to 50% on Sales
