Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead and support the execution of consulting engagements across all project phases, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of high-quality outcomes. Conduct comprehensive current-state and future-state assessments, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations tailored to client goals. Present insights, methodologies, and deliverables to IT and executive leadership, clearly articulating key trends, strategic implications, and value-driven outcomes. Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop compelling client-facing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, showcasing solutions and strategic roadmaps. Guide clients through best practices for pre- and post-project planning, including communication strategies and prioritization of action items based on Info-Tech research. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management consulting role, with a proven track record of owning and delivering client-facing workstreams. Demonstrated experience in developing consulting business, including crafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and writing Statements of Work.
