Optis Consulting isactively seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, New York & Salt LakeCity team. The Senior Consultantwill develop ideas, initiatives and activities aimed toward the growth of theCompany. This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of businessexpansion, and increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships andmaking strategic business decisions. TheSenior Consultant will take an advisory approach with our prospects andclients, striving to understand their unique requirements before providingrecommendations related to the evaluation, justification and implementation ofthe solutions that will best serve those needs.We need our SeniorConsultants to be confident, versatile, and passionate, with an ability tocomfortably approach and sell to senior executives in Procurement, Finance, andIT. They must be logical thinkers, have a strong ability to collaborate as partof a team and manage ambiguous or uncertain situations.RESPONSIBILITIES• Displaycredible knowledge of procurement processes and Source -to -Pay solutions.• ChampionOptis customers' project work and implementations to ensure great success(development of client action plan, completion of the action plan, developmentof the formal proposal, participating in the presentation of the proposal andinfluencing key decision -makers).• Workingin collaboration with Source -to -Pay consultants, management, and businesspartners.• Conductfollow -up meetings with Optis customers to gauge the success of recommendedchanges.• Identifyand develop new business opportunities, do lead generation activities, or workwith partners for referrals.• Sell Optis'value proposition to senior -level executives.• Drivethe profitable revenue needed to meet and exceed Optis' annual targets.• Continueto develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship. REQUIREMENTS• 3+years of experience in a consulting/professional services environment, or theprocurement department of a company.• 2+years of experience working with market -leading Source to Pay solutions, suchas SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, and GEP.• Experienceleading projects.• Should have a good understanding of business processesand supporting applications. Procurementor Supply Chain Domain knowledge. Must be able to have credible businessconversations with Procurement and Financial executives• Experienceleading and implementing projects.• Universitydegree in Supply Chain Operations, Information Technology Management, BusinessOperations Management, or International Business Management.• Intermediateto Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.• Proficiencyin French and/or Spanish is an asset. SKILLS & ABILITIES• Outstandingcommunication (written and oral) negotiation, presentation, and solutionselling skills to manage complex organizations.• Abilityto work in an environment where growth and change are the only constant.• Teamplayer with strong problem -solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.• Mustbe detail -oriented and have ability to manage priorities and deadlines.• Highenergy with the capability to multi -task in a dynamic, rapidly growingorganization.• Ableto work with various teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.• Abilityto work collaboratively with employees within the department and acrossfunctions.
