Senior Varicent Business Consultant – Argano Argano is seeking a Senior Varicent Business Consultant to join our Sales Performance team. We focus on designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on partner platforms. As a member of the consulting team, you will work directly with clients and be responsible for delivering quality work on mid‑size to large client projects. Key Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales | Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Responsibilities Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll‑out Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline Qualifications At least 4 years of experience with Varicent Incentives Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, and understanding data and object models Experienced writing SQL queries and design specifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of software development and implementation life cycles Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Able to prioritize, multitask, and work well in teams Skill Requirements Communication: proficient in English written and verbal communications Knowledge: understanding of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, operating systems, and software applications Strategic Thinking: ability to develop and execute project strategies, align technology with business goals Client Engagement: building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and understanding client needs Innovation: contributing innovative ideas and solutions to complex challenges Financial Acumen: understanding project budgets, profitability, and financial implications About Us Argano is a digital consultancy immersed in high‑performance operations.
