This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring new customers start their journey with a strong foundation and clear path to success. You will manage end-to-end implementations for both Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, guiding them through onboarding and helping them realize value quickly. The position blends technical proficiency, project management, and customer advocacy, requiring collaboration across multiple internal teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, customizing implementations to meet client-specific needs, solving complex challenges, and optimizing processes for efficiency. Success in this role is measured by timely project completion, customer satisfaction, and adoption of the platform. The role offers a remote-first environment with opportunities for occasional strategic travel. Accountabilities Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved. Collaborate with customers to understand needs, tailor implementations, and provide guidance for successful adoption. Monitor implementation progress, identify friction points, and proactively address challenges to optimize outcomes. Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to align efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Advise customers on best practices to maximize platform value and support change management initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, workflows, and methodologies. Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to influence product and process improvements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or customer onboarding for B2B SaaS solutions. Proven track record managing complex implementations with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients. Strong communication skills, able to distill complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers. Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain high engagement levels throughout projects. Experience in change management and guiding clients through system adoption. Technical proficiency and curiosity, with the ability to understand platform intricacies and provide creative solutions.
