Job Summary

Responsible for representing the organization in assigned territory by maintaining existing customer business as well as selling products to new prospects that meet or exceed sales, profit and growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively utilize CRM in the development of a sales strategy and forecast for acquiring new business within assigned territory. Consistently provides management with updates and changes to the forecast.
  • Adhere to company standards concerning number of sales calls completed each week and sell products.
  • Service existing customers to include evaluation of the condition of equipment, updating customers on new products, ensuring existing equipment is being used properly, helping customer with any quality issues and ensuring that our competition is not diminishing our ongoing business.
  • Complete price quotes, competitive updates, and lease quotations.
  • Responsible for providing the necessary start-up or in-service training for any new healthcare facility. May assist other TSM in their territories for large start-ups.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must be goal oriented and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
  • Must be able to set and meet priorities, establish work plans and objectives, maintain adequate records, provide timely marketplace feedback, and perform duties under only general supervision.
  • Must present a professional personal and corporate image and exercise discretion and independent judgement in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
  • Must have good working knowledge of PC's and related software.
  • Live within assigned Territory and preferably within 50 km of major airport.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the institutional healthcare food service industry.

Position is 100% Remote. Overnight travel required
