This role will partner with the Sales andService leadership team to implement solutions that optimize the relationship between Sysco and our customers.This role will also lead special projects and support ad hoc deep dives related to the overall national strategy.**Role Responsibilities:**· Supports the National Sales team in the daily management of National Account activities and requests.· Prepares and runs data reports. Analyzes data as required to build meaningful business reviews for Nationalcustomers.· Maintains business review calendar, PGM calendar & contract expiry calendars.· Prepares and maintains business review templates to service National Account customers, with a view thatprovides concise, visually appealing, and consistent messaging.· Coordinates key aspects of the national strategic planning process· Manages customer requests, including price verifications/discrepancies, velocity reports, inventory levels,and service concerns.· Builds, analyzes, and communicates PGM reports, status updates, and follow ups on converted business toTrade Management and National Sales Team.· Analyzes, interprets, and monitors delivery performance and fill rate on assigned accounts. Reports results asneeded to National Account Manager and Sales Consultants.· Analyzes, monitors, and reports on assigned accounts product shortages and substitutions.**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements**· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical capacity.· Experience in a sales environment would be preferred.· Completion of a Certificate or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field or related workexperience.· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.· Thorough understanding of analytical tools (COGNOS etc.).· Must be extremely detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks.· Ability to communicate with all levels within the Sysco organization in a professional manner.· Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.· Experience using Smartsheet is considered an asset.----**Sommaire du poste:**L’analyste jouera un rôle actif au sein de l’équipe en collaborant à l’évaluation, l’analyse et la documentation del’élaboration de stratégies commerciales pour l’équipe nationale.
