JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
The Analyst, will play an active role on the team by collaboratively assessing, analyzing, and documenting the
development of business strategies for the national team. The Analyst will take part in strategic and comprehensive
data integration projects. This role requires an exceptionally fine eye for detail, analytical skillset is crucial, and a
deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. This role will partner with the Sales and
Service leadership team to implement solutions that optimize the relationship between Sysco and our customers.
This role will also lead special projects and support ad hoc deep dives related to the overall national strategy.
Role Responsibilities:
· Supports the National Sales team in the daily management of National Account activities and requests.
· Prepares and runs data reports. Analyzes data as required to build meaningful business reviews for National
customers.
· Maintains business review calendar, PGM calendar & contract expiry calendars.
· Prepares and maintains business review templates to service National Account customers, with a view that
provides concise, visually appealing, and consistent messaging.
· Coordinates key aspects of the national strategic planning process
· Manages customer requests, including price verifications/discrepancies, velocity reports, inventory levels,
and service concerns.
· Builds, analyzes, and communicates PGM reports, status updates, and follow ups on converted business to
Trade Management and National Sales Team.
· Analyzes, interprets, and monitors delivery performance and fill rate on assigned accounts. Reports results as
needed to National Account Manager and Sales Consultants.
· Analyzes, monitors, and reports on assigned accounts product shortages and substitutions.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements
· Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical capacity.
· Experience in a sales environment would be preferred.
· Completion of a Certificate or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field or related work
experience.
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· Thorough understanding of analytical tools (COGNOS etc.).
· Must be extremely detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks.
· Ability to communicate with all levels within the Sysco organization in a professional manner.
· Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
· Experience using Smartsheet is considered an asset.

nationale globale.
Responsabilités du poste:
· Soutient l'équipe des ventes nationales dans la gestion quotidienne des activités et des demandes liées aux
comptes nationaux.
· Prépare et exécute des rapports de données. Analyse les données requises afin d'établir des évaluations
d'entreprise significatives pour les clients nationaux.
· Tient à jour le calendrier des évaluations d'entreprise, le calendrier PGM et les calendriers d'expiration des
contrats.
Qualifications/Compétences/Exigences du poste:
· Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyste.
· Expérience dans un environnement de vente, un atout.
· Certificat ou diplôme en administration des affaires, en vente ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience de
travail connexe.
· Maîtrise intermédiaire de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook.
· Compréhension approfondie des outils analytiques (COGNOS, etc.).
· Doit être extrêmement axé sur les détails, apprendre rapidement et être capable de gérer plusieurs tâches.
· Capacité à communiquer avec des employés de tous les échelons au sein de l'organisation Sysco de manière
professionnelle.
· Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, en gestion du temps et en sens de l'organisation.
· Expérience avec SmartSheet, un atout.
