Position Overview Entrust, an industry leader in identity‑centric security solutions headquartered in Minnesota, serves over 150 countries with cutting‑edge scalable technologies. This role is focused on enhancing the business value of our Cryptographic Security Platform (CSP) by building a partner‑centric portfolio that will make our solution the technology of choice for global channel partners. Responsibilities Partner‑Centric Product Strategy & Business Planning Define and own the product roadmap for partner‑centric initiatives across Entrust’s data security portfolio. Translate partner needs into differentiated, scalable features such as API management tools and order‑to‑cash solutions. Build business cases for partner‑led opportunities, articulating investment return and ROI. Partner Enablement Integration & Success Collaborate with partner‑facing teams to develop a repeatable partner onboarding, certification, integration guides, test frameworks and validation programs. Partner with strategic alliances and engineering to deliver reference architectures, joint solution bundles and prioritized roadmap features. Provide enablement resources and training; ensure product documentation and onboarding experiences deliver rapid time‑to‑value. Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to optimize partner success and retention. Inbound Technology Partnership Management Evaluate, prioritize and manage inbound partnership opportunities. Lead technical discovery and gap analyses to determine strategic value and integration feasibility. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations and support to define product requirements, SLAs and ownership models. Ensure all partnerships reinforce the platform’s value while maintaining architectural coherence and security standards. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Strategic Alignment Serve as the product liaison to strategic alliances, sales, engineering, customer success and marketing for all partner matters. Influence cross‑functional roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of ecosystem‑supporting features. Drive internal stakeholder alignment to partner‑led growth objectives and communicate impact across leadership. Support strategic partner negotiations and assist in joint go‑to‑market motions where product alignment is critical. Market & Ecosystem Intelligence Maintain deep expertise in the partner ecosystem, including competitive integrations, emerging technologies and white space. Segment partner types (MSP, GSI, distributor, etc.) and tailor enablement strategies accordingly. Lead competitive analysis tied to ecosystem plays; identify differentiation opportunities via integrations. Recommend platform investments that increase partner stickiness, reduce integration friction and unlock new customer segments. Team Management & Leadership Build and lead a high‑performing team of product managers focused on partner enablement and ecosystem growth. Provide mentorship, coaching and career development to ensure team excellence and retention. Foster a collaborative, mission‑driven culture valuing velocity, clarity and cross‑functional execution. Scale processes for partner feedback collection, roadmap prioritization and cross‑team coordination. Product Ownership & Execution Define and maintain clear product requirements (epics, user stories) for partner‑facing capabilities and extensibility features. Ensure high‑quality execution through agile development, stakeholder alignment and tight coordination with engineering. Track and report on adoption metrics, partner feedback and integration velocity to drive continuous improvement. Serve as the internal advocate for partner needs, balancing ecosystem opportunities with broader platform and business goals. Basic Qualifications 10+ years in product management leadership roles, preferably focused on partners, APIs and/or ecosystems. Strong strategic thinking ability to translate market, technical and business insights into competitive strategies and product plans. Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in partner‑facing contexts. Proven ability to collaborate, influence and drive change in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization. Deep familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity technologies. Experience with both on‑premises and SaaS‑based enterprise solutions. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Preferred Qualifications MBA. Background managing partner certification programs or marketplaces. Understanding of regulated industries (e.g., finance, government) and the role of partners in compliance‑oriented environments. Experience with cryptographic data security offerings (HSMs, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, key management, encryption, etc.). Compensation The pay range for this position is $143,000 – $193,000 per year, plus eligibility for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
