At Entrust, we're shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. From our comprehensive portfolio of solutions to our flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.

Get to Know Us
Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It's the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

Position Overview
Entrust is a global leader in cryptographic data security. We're focused on helping organizations address growing cybersecurity threats, increasing operational complexity, and the shift to post-quantum cryptography with a full range of market-leading solutions delivered through our integrated Cryptographic Security Platform (CSP). We believe customers' success will increasingly depend not just on the technology that we provide but on partners who wrap value-added services and integrate additional capabilities with our platform.

We are creating a new leadership role to lead these efforts: Director, Partner Product Management, who will be responsible for building, enabling, and scaling a compelling partner-centric value proposition across our entire Data Security portfolio.

The primary goal for this senior product leader will be to make Entrust's Cryptographic Security Platform the technology solution of choice for our global channel partners and to drive material customer acquisition and revenue growth. In addition to driving outbound partner success, the Director will lead efforts to accelerate product differentiation and time-to-market through strategic inbound technology partnerships and third-party integrations.

This role requires a business-oriented, results-driven approach to product planning, positioning, and execution. The successful candidate will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that create unique value and drive the success of our partners, customers, and Entrust.

Responsibilities

  • Partner-Centric Product Strategy & Business Planning
  • Define and own the product roadmap for partner-centric initiatives across Entrust's Data Security portfolio
  • Translate partner needs into required and differentiated features (e.g., APIs, management tools, order-to-cash) that scale across use cases.
  • Build business cases for partner-led opportunities, articulating investment, revenue impact, and ROI.
  • Partner Enablement, Integration & Success
  • Collaborate with partner-facing teams to develop and manage a repeatable partner onboarding and certification process, including integration guides, test frameworks, and validation programs.
  • Collaborate with strategic alliances and engineering to deliver reference architectures, joint solution bundles, and prioritized roadmap features for partners.
  • Provide enablement resources and training to partners; ensure product documentation and onboarding experiences drive rapid time-to-value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to optimize partner success and retention.
  • Inbound Technology Partnership Management
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage inbound partnership opportunities.
  • Lead technical discovery and gap analyses to determine strategic value and integration feasibility.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, and support colleagues to define product requirements, SLAs, and ownership models for inbound deals.
  • Ensure all partnerships reinforce Entrust's platform value while maintaining architectural coherence and security standards.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Alignment
  • Serve as the product liaison to strategic alliances, sales, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams on all partner-related matters.
  • Influence cross-functional roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of features supporting ecosystem growth.
  • Drive internal stakeholder alignment to partner-led growth objectives; communicate goals and impact effectively across leadership levels.
  • Support strategic partner negotiations and assist in joint go-to-market motions where product alignment is critical.
  • Market & Ecosystem Intelligence
  • Maintain deep expertise in the partner ecosystem, including competitive integrations, emerging technologies, and ecosystem white space.
  • Segment partner types (e.g., MSPs, GSIs, distributors, etc.) and tailor enablement strategies accordingly.
  • Lead competitive analysis efforts tied to ecosystem plays; identify opportunities to differentiate via integrations and partnerships.
  • Recommend platform investments that increase partner stickiness, reduce integration friction, and unlock new customer segments.
  • Team Management & Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers focused on partner enablement, integration frameworks, and ecosystem growth.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development to ensure team excellence and retention.
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture that values velocity, clarity, and cross-functional execution.
  • Scale processes for partner feedback collection, roadmap prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
  • Product Ownership & Execution
  • Define and maintain clear product requirements (epics, user stories) for all partner-facing capabilities and extensibility features.
  • Ensure high-quality execution through agile product development, stakeholder alignment, and tight coordination with engineering.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, partner feedback, and integration velocity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Be the internal advocate for partner needs, balancing ecosystem opportunities with broader platform and business goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management leadership roles, ideally with a focus on partners, APIs, and/or ecosystems
  • Strong strategic thinking, able to translate extensive market, technical, and broader business knowledge into competitive strategies, plans, and specific product and marketing requirements
  • Executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, especially in partner-facing contexts
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, influence, and drive change in a fast-paced matrixed organization
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity technologies
  • Experience working with both on-premises and SaaS based enterprise solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Background in building or managing partner certification programs or marketplaces.
  • Understanding of regulated industries (e.g., finance, government) and the role of partners in compliance-oriented environments.

  • Experience with both software and hardware product development & sales
