Key Responsibilities Open the facility as scheduled. Monitor activities to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations. Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all areas accessed by the user group, including entrances, washrooms, and locker rooms, in accordance with the standards set by the Facilities Department/Head Caretaker. Secure the facility at the conclusion of the event, ensuring all areas are properly closed and locked. Qualifications & Skills Experience in facility supervision, maintenance, or a related field (preferred). Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning and security protocols. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Knowledge of safety and security procedures. Work Conditions Evening and weekend availability may be required. Physically active role involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
