Housekeeping Supervisor

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to established standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel or facility.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and supply usage.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in housekeeping leadership or supervisory roles within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with janitorial processes and custodial experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members alike.
