We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team in Canmore, AB.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors and sharing that passion, a self-motivated individual with positive can do attitutude that works well in a team environment.

The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees, helping merchandise the FOH, help drive sales and monitor inventory levels, all while ensuring that customers are all treated as an interaction not a trasaction

**Essential Functions**:

- Supervise employees and ensure that they are complying with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store front.
- Assist with store merchandising, preparing outfits and creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain product knowledge by reviewing product information and ensuring team is also up to date
- Keep up to date on new products as they arrive
- Keep accurate inventory records and restock
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers in particular when they experience problems with service or product issues.
- Participate in internal reviews of performance to identify areas for corrective action.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred; 2 years preferreed.
- 3 years minimum customer service experience
