Housekeeping Supervisor

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while maintaining high-quality service.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel or facility.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
