We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Renovation to take our Supply & Install / Renovation channel to new heights. This is your opportunity to shape strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and make a direct impact on revenue growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute bold sales strategies that drive revenue in the renovation channel. Build and nurture relationships with key partners, customers, and industry influencers. Coordinate with company executives to determine the best sales strategies and market priorities. Analyze regional market trends to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of new opportunities for growth. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly. Directly and indirectly coach and grow a team of Renovation Sales Representatives across Western Canada. Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to keep the team focused and aligned. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, and marketing materials for the renovation channel. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build out and execute strategies that will improve and grow the renovation channel. What You Bring Experience leading a high-performance B2C sales team. Able to balance Business Development demands. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis. A customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation and coaching skills. Strong communication and team management/coaching skills. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
