Overview Contracts Director: Low-Rise Residential Are you a senior Contracts Manager, or a Contracts Director, Senior PM or Senior Estimator looking for career advancement with a reputable real estate developer in the GTA? This role focuses on low-rise residential projects with a company that has extensive experience in building low-rise communities. What’s in it for you? Responsibilities Assist with determining total material, equipment and labour costs Analyse specifications, prepare estimates and schedule project work Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions Formulate contingency plans and effectively manage risk factors Collaborate closely with all stakeholders Role Details This role has significant potential for career advancement to VP level. You would contribute to projects as a Contracts Director with a reputable client in real estate and land development, with a compensation package reflective of experience.
