Responsibilities Assist with determining total material, equipment and labour costs Analyse specifications, prepare estimates and schedule project work Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions Formulate contingency plans and effectively manage risk factors Collaborate closely with all stakeholders Role Details This role has significant potential for career advancement to VP level. You would contribute to projects as a Contracts Director with a reputable client in real estate and land development, with a compensation package reflective of experience.
