With your in-depth experience for calculating major construction cost estimates, you will be involved in planning, development, negotiation and contract execution of low-rise projects.

As the Contracts Director, you will be a valued addition to the team and assist with determining total material, equipment and labour costs, analysing specifications, preparing estimates and scheduling project work, managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions, formulating contingency plans, effectively managing risk factors and collaborating closely with all stakeholders.
