Contracts Director: Low-Rise Residential

Are you a senior Contracts Manager, or a Contracts Director, Senior PM or Senior Estimator looking for career advancement with a reputable real estate developer in the GTA? This role focuses on low-rise residential projects with a company that has extensive experience in building low-rise communities.

Responsibilities

- Assist with determining total material, equipment and labour costs

- Analyse specifications, prepare estimates and schedule project work

- Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions

- Formulate contingency plans and effectively manage risk factors

- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders

Role Details

This role has significant potential for career advancement to VP level. You would contribute to projects as a Contracts Director with a reputable client in real estate and land development, with a compensation package reflective of experience.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience as a senior contracts professional (e.g., Contracts Manager, Contracts Director, or equivalent) in low-rise residential development

- Experience calculating major construction cost estimates and participating in planning, development, negotiation and contract execution
