The selected candidate will be involved in recruitment, selection and onboarding across the organization. Duties include but are not limited to: Receive resumes and facilitate the applicant tracking process Contribute to the recruitment process including job postings, campus recruitment initiatives and direct sourcing Review resumes; conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule and coordinate interviews with the appropriate hiring manager Facilitate background checks and gather all necessary pre‑hire documents Participate in onboarding and new hire orientation About You Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field A minimum of one year of relevant experience Experience with HR tools such as an ATS or HRIS database Strong customer service skills Strong technical skills, with proficiency in the MS Office suite of software About the Job This is a full‑time/contract position for three to six months with potential for extension and permanency.
